Section 9.1402 — Lèse-majesté.

"Lèse-majesté" means any action or actions taken by a person that involve or imply insulting, threatening, libeling, offending, or otherwise defaming the character, person, or authority of The Sovereign, the consort, the regent, the heir apparent or heir presumptive to The Throne, or the consort to the heir apparent or heir presumptive to The Throne.
