The following shall be classified as protected classes for the purposes of this act:

(a) Age.

(b) Ancestry.

(c) Biological sex.

(d) Citizenship.

(e) Country of origin.

(f) Disability or medical condition.

(g) Ethnicity.

(h) Gender identity or expression.

(i) Height or weight.

(j) Marital or familial status, including pregnancy.

(k) Military or veteran status.

(l) Nationality.

(m) Race.

(n) Religion.

(o) Sexual orientation.

(p) Skin color.

(q) Source of income.
