Section 4.102 — Order of Eniarku; create; appointments; grades.
(1) The Order of Eniarku is created as a civil honour.
(2) The Sovereign may appoint persons to the order at his pleasure for exceptional or outstanding service, good deeds, meritorious conduct, or contributions to the state or the micronational community, including, but not limited to, civil, administrative, cultural, environmental, diplomatic, or charitable service, deeds, conduct, or contributions.
(3) The order shall consist of the following grades, in descending order of precedence:
(a) Officer (OOE).
(b) Member (OE).
