Section 4.201 — Titles and styles; granting under royal prerogative; "royal prerogative" defined.
The Sovereign may grant a person any title or style under the royal prerogative. As used in this act, "royal prerogative" means those authorities, powers, and privileges held and exercised solely by The Sovereign without the consent of another entity of the state, including the Council of State.
