Section 6.103 — Middle coat of arms; description; uses.
(1) The middle coat of arms shall be constructed as a Barry of seven Azure and Argent, Or a lion rampant armed and langued Gules; crowned with the grand ducal crown; supported by two lions rampant regaurdant Or, atop branches Or.
(2) The middle coat of arms shall be the coat of arms of the government.
(3) The middle coat of arms shall only be used on state instruments.
