Coat of Arms Act
Section 6.105 — Coats of arms; creation and use of devices not provided for by act.
The Sovereign may, by appropriate instrument, create or modify and authorize the use of certain coats of arms not described in this act. The Sovereign shall consult the Council of State or other appropriate entity of the state prior to the creation or modification and authorization of the use of certain coats of arms under this section.
