Section 9.004 — Citizenship at birth; children of citizens; children of citizen and alien; children of stateless parents; provide for.

A person shall be a national and a citizen at birth if any of the following apply:

(a) The person is born to parents, both of whom are citizens, irrespective of the place of birth or the marital status of the parents.

(b) The person is born in Eniarku or its territories to parents, one of whom is a citizen who maintains a permanent residence in Eniarku or its territories at the time of the birth of such person, and the other of whom is an alien.

(c) The person is born outside of Eniarku and its territories to parents, one of whom is a citizen who maintains a permanent residence in Eniarku or its territories at the time of the birth of such person, and the other of whom is an alien.

(d) The person is born in Eniarku or its territories to parents, both of whom are stateless or otherwise unable to pass on their nationality or citizenship.
