1. Eligibility Information

Pursuant to ECL 9.008, you may only renounce your Eniarkian citizenship if you satisfy all of the conditions below. Please review and confirm that you meet each of these requirements:

I am 18 years of age or older. I am not currently the subject of a pending or ongoing legal proceeding in Eniarku. I am of sound mind and not subject to duress or external coercion. I will not be rendered stateless by renouncing my Eniarkian citizenship. I no longer wish to remain an Eniarkian citizen. I understand that, if my declaration is approved, I will no longer be entitled to the rights, obligations, and protections due to a member of the Eniarkian state. I understand that, if my declaration is approved, I will be ineligible to reapply for citizenship for a period of one year.
