CHAPTER VII
INSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATIONS
Article 35.—Insofar as the authorities and responsibilities of maintaining the State are vested in The Throne, The Sovereign shall exercise the executive, legislative, and judicial powers within the constraints of this Constitution.
Article 36.—The Sovereign shall inform and seek advice from the Council of State whenever he or she intends to decree new law or amend existing law.
Article 37.—The Sovereign shall not dissolve the Council of State in its entirety for a period of more than 72 hours.
Article 38.—The Government shall be comprised of not less than five members.
