Conference of Santiago Ratification Act
AN ACT OF STATE to ratify the treaties, conventions, and protocols of the Conference of Santiago; and to provide for the powers and duties of the government thereof.

Be It Enacted By The Crown-In-Council:

Section 10.101 — Short title.

This act may be cited as the "Conference of Santiago Ratification Act".

Section 10.102 — Conference of Santiago; advice and consent of treaties, conventions, and protocols; grant.

The Council of State hereby advises and consents to the ratification of the following treaties, conventions, and protocols, all such documents being integral components of the Convention of Santiago:

(a) The Treaty of Santiago.

(b) The Treaty of Persenburg.

(c) The Protocol of Goetha.

(d) The Convention of Mauritsstad.

(e) The Convention of Oswiencin.

Section 10.103 — Conference of Santiago; implementing legislation; require adoption within 30 days.

As soon as practicable after the effective date of this act, the Council of State shall, by resolution, propose acts of state, orders-in-council, or both to implement the requirements of the treaties, conventions, and protocols listed under ECL 10.302. The Council of State shall adopt a resolution proposed under this section within 30 days.
