Section 1.103 — Great seal; description.
The Great Seal of the Realm shall be comprised of a lion, around which shall appear the words "MAGNUM SIGILLUM MAGNI DUCATUS", around which shall appear the words "ALEXANDER PRIMUS PER GRATIAM ET VOLUNTATEM POPULI MAGNUS DUX REGNI DEFENSOR CONSTITUTIONIS ET CETERA".
