Great Seal Act
Section 1.104 — Great seal; impression on certain documents.
An electronic or material impression of the Great Seal of the Realm shall be placed on or affixed to those instruments which require the assent of The Sovereign to enter into effect. Any such instrument which does not bear the Great Seal of the Realm shall be considered null.
