Section 1.105 — Lord High Chancellor; establish; appointment and term of office.

(1) The office of the Lord High Chancellor is established as an entity of the state.

(2) The Lord High Chancellor shall be appointed to his office and to the Council of State by, and serve at the pleasure of, The Sovereign.
