Section 6.002 — National flag; description; uses.

(1) The national flag of the state shall be three horizontal stripes of equal size, from top to bottom, in azure, white, and crimson.

(2) The national flag is designated as a civil flag and a civil ensign and may be used by any entity on land or aboard a civil naval vessel.
