Flag Act
Section 6.004 — War flag and war ensign; description; uses.
(1) The war flag and war ensign shall be the national flag with the ends of each horizontal band pointed.
(2) The war flag and war ensign is designated as a war flag and a naval ensign and shall only be used by the armed forces on land or aboard a military naval vessel.
