Citizenship Act
Section 9.007 — Citizenship by default; authorize sovereign to grant to extended royal family.
The sovereign may, by letters patent or other instrument authorized by law, grant citizenship by default to a person who is related, by blood or by marriage, to the sovereign within the third degree of consanguinity.
