ALEXANDER THE FIRST by the Grace and Will of the People of the Grand Duchy of Eniarku and of Our Other Realms and Territories Sovereign Grand Duke to all Princes Dukes Marquesses Counts Barons Knights The Lords and Councillors Assembled and all other Our faithful Subjects and Citizens whatsoever to whom these Presents shall come, Greeting.

WHEREAS We are desirous to celebrate the Jubilee of the year 2026 by recognizing the good deeds and faithful service of certain persons.

NOW KNOW YE that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge, and mere motion do by these Presents sanction the following Promotions in, and Admissions to,—

I. THE MOST NOBLE ORDER OF THE CROWN

HER ROYAL HIGHNESS CASSIDY, Princess of August, Countess of Dolonburg, as Royal Dame Companion;

THE MOST HONOURABLE LORD VAIL, Marquess of Stonegate, as Knight Companion;

HIS SERENE HIGHNESS ARTHUR, Duke of Marienbourg, as Stranger Knight Companion;—

II. THE MOST HONOURABLE ORDER OF THE COSSACKS

THE MOST HONOURABLE LORD ALEXANDER, Marquess of Hickory, as Grand Companion;—

III. THE ORDER OF ENIARKU

THE MOST HONOURABLE LORD ALEXANDER, Marquess of Hickory, as Officer;

HIS SERENE HIGHNESS ARTHUR, Duke of Marienbourg, as Officer;—

and confer upon each person heretofore named the Styles, Honours, and Dignities of the same to have and at all times to hold and enjoy, in addition to any other Titles of Honour which shall to them belong or at any time hereafter may belong.
