Sovereign Proclamation 2024-1

WHEREAS THE GRAND DUCHY OF ENIARKU stands in solidarity with THE COMMONWEALTH OF DRACUL upon the tragic death and grateful remembrance of HER SERENE HIGHNESS COURTNEY, CROWN PRINCESS OF DRACUL;

IT IS WITH solemn resolve that We, GRNAD DUKE ALEXANDER, by especial grace, certain knowledge, and mere motion, do hereby issue this ROYAL PROCLAMATION, to be known and upheld as Law throughout THE GRAND DUCHY:

I. Any and all offices of Our Government, both foreign and domestic, are to lower all flags of the State to half-mast beginning no later than 12:00 p.m. on the Twentieth Day of September and lasting until 12:00 p.m. on the Twenty-Third Day of September, Two Thousand and Twenty-Four, pursuant to Title I of the National Symbols Act of 2024, A.S. 2405 §101-104.

II. Any and all offices of Our Government, both foreign and domestic, are to cease any and all operations no later than 12:00 p.m. on the Twentieth Day of September, Two Thousand and Twenty-Four.
