Sovereign Proclamation 2025-1

WHEREAS THE GRAND DUCHY OF ENIARKU maintains a duly ratified TREATY OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION, FRIENDSHIP, AND COOPERATION with the DUCHY OF MARIENBOURG;

WHEREAS Our Government and that of THE DUCHY OF MARIENBOURG desire to strengthen the bonds forged at the time of the ratification of the aforementioned TREATY OF MUTUAL RECOGNITION, FRIENDSHIP, AND COOPERATION;

WHEREAS Our Government has been contacted in good faith by HIS SERENE HIGHNESS ARTHUR V, DUKE OF MARIENBOURG, who, in the shared spirit of admiration, respect, and progress, has proposed the establishment of a sister city relationship between Our Capital, GLENORA, and BLAUBERGA, the Capital of THE DUCHY OF MARIENBOURG;

AND WHEREAS the proposed establishment of the sister city relationship between GLENORA and BLAUBERGA would create new opportunities for cultural, educational, economic, and political cooperation;

IT IS WITH solemn resolve that We, GRAND DUKE ALEXANDER, by especial grace, certain knowledge, and mere motion, do hereby issue this ROYAL PROCLAMATION, to be known and upheld as Law throughout THE GRAND DUCHY, that GLENORA and BLAUBERGA shall herewith and henceforth be recognized as sister cities and that Our Government and Our Citizens shall so recognize and acknowledge the same.
