A resolution for certain ORDERS-IN-COUNCIL on the various honours of the state.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CROWN-IN-COUNCIL:

It is this day ordered by His Royal Highness in Council that, pursuant to the Honours and Titles Act, ECL 4.001 et seq., that those persons having previously been appointed to the Most Noble Order of the Crown who are members of the royal family or the House of Abbott by birth or by right shall henceforth be known as Royal Knight Companion and Royal Dame Companion of the same.

It is further ordered that those foreign persons having previously been appointed to the Most Noble Order of the Crown shall henceforth be known as Stranger Knight Companion and Stranger Dame Companion of the same.

It is further ordered that those persons having previously been appointed to the Most Noble Order of the Crown who are not otherwise included in the foregoing provisions of these Orders shall henceforth be known as Knight Companion and Dame Companion of the same.

It is further ordered that those persons having previously been appointed Grand Knight Cossack of the Military Order of the Cossacks, presently constituted as the Most Honourable Order of the Cossacks, shall henceforth be known as Grand Companion of the same.

It is further ordered that those persons having previously been appointed Knight Cossack of the Military Order of the Cossacks, presently constituted as the Most Honourable Order of the Cossacks, shall henceforth be known as Companion of the same.

It is further ordered that those persons having previously been appointed Knight, Dame, or Officer of the Order of Eniarku shall henceforth be known as Officer of the same.

It is further ordered that those persons having previously been appointed Member of the Order of Eniarku shall henceforth be known as Member of the same.

It is further ordered that those persons having previously been awarded the Meritorious Service Cross or the Royal Citation as previously constituted shall continue to be entitled to display such decorations.

It is further ordered that the order of precedence of those civil honours established pursuant to the Honours and Titles Act, ECL 4.001 et seq., shall be the Most Noble Order of the Crown, the Most Noble Order of the Cossacks, and the Order of Eniarku.
